We’ve been flung headlong into Summer on the East Coast of the Americas. It is warm and humid–we bask in the sun or soak feet in cold water, we both celebrate and bemoan the heat. It is also the middle of the year. A time for some to take stock of where we’ve been, where we’re going. What the rest of the year might hold. Whatever it might be–audacious and roaring, quiet and reflective–we hope you’ll spend a little of your time reading some of the incredible work, looking at the wonderfully crafted art. And it is work. These artists have toiled at their craft and have delivered something to enlighten, to digest, parse through, to crack open your heart.
